Good things come to those who wait! Please allow 5-8 weeks for us to lovingly hand make your ring just for you. You will receive an email confirmation upon ordering and we will contact you to see if you have any questions. We always call each customer prior to go over ring sizes and any special requests before beginning your order. Another email confirmation will be sent to arrange for shipping when your ring is ready to be shipped out.
All shipping is done via FedEx insured and requires a signature upon delivery. This helps us make sure your ring makes it to you safely. Please note that online orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
We ship international orders via FedEx Priority. All orders are insured with a signature required. Shipping is limited to certain countries at this time.
The buyer is responsible for any additional duties and taxes associated with the customs of your country. You may want to check with your country’s local customs office to get an estimate of what you can expect to pay in duties.
Occasionally, a package can be held up in Customs due to backlog on inspections. Please be aware that this can happen and that we cannot be responsible for delays in delivery due to Customs.
We reserve the right to refuse to ship to any country on a case by case basis.
We would love to accommodate your rush order if time allows. There is a $250 express rush charge for any special order under 6 weeks, but the minimum time we need to hand make your ring is 6 weeks. Not all orders are able to be rushed so please contact us and we can try to help you out the best we can.
Our jewelry is 100% custom made with love here in Tennessee and each item is unique. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations, give refunds or returns once your order has begun or been delivered.
We strongly recommend that you check and double check your sizing for your ring before placing your online order. For help with this, please check out our ring sizing guide.
That being said we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you have a problem with the quality of our work or if it is a mistake on our part, we will gladly fix it free of charge. Please let us know of any problems within 7 days of receipt so that we can repair or replace the item.
To complete your claim, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a RMA number. Please do not send your item back before contacting us.
