It is a collaborative process to design a ring that is both meaningful, unique and tells your story. We know it can be a little overwhelming trying to select the perfect ring and we promise to make this a wonderful experience for you.
Here's a little peak into what to expect if we decide to work together!
The design process begins with a free design consultation to discuss your ideas, budget & time frame. We are happy to do this by email, phone or Skype.
We'd love to find out a little bit about who the ring is for, what makes them special and, of course, your story together. All of these elements help us to begin to design a ring that is meaningful & unique for you.
Once we decide on a design direction, stone choice & budget we will send a deposit invoice off to you.
Once we decide to work together on your custom ring design, we will begin the process of hand selecting the perfect center stone.
As part of our commitment to the environment, we try pride ourselves on using harmony metals and conflict free gemstones & diamonds whenever possible.
Each stone is hand selected and our focus is on impeccable quality while staying within your budget.
After we have settled on the final design direction, a very detailed 3D CAD rendering is done so that you can see all the details of your ring from every angle before it is made.
Our clients absolutely adore this because it enables you visualize your ring and make any changes before giving the final stamp of approval.
Again, we will lead you every step of the way through the process. Not sure if you want 14k yellow or white gold? Not a problem. We can 3D render your ring in both so you can choose. Sapphire or diamond stones in the halo? We can do that for you so you can choose.

The most exciting thing about this step of the process is that there are no surprises. Each and every rendering is a lifelike representation of your unique, custom ring.
This is the area in which we shine! Once the design is perfect and with your approval, work will begin on your ring. We will keep you updated throughout the whole process with photographs and timelines.
Our master jewelers and craftsman are perfectionists and create each piece with the utmost attention to detail. And most importantly with heart!
When your ring is finished, we will send you styled photos of it as a keepsake. It is then beautifully packaged in one of our custom ring boxes and shipping is arranged with you.
You can expect your custom ring design to take between 5-7 weeks to hand make after the final design is approved.
